I ate pizza last two days and an entire Safeway Ghirardelli chocolate pie yesterday. trying to not dwell on how long it will take to undo this damage.

Sharon, when are you going to sign up for one of our "Daily Accountability 2019" Challenges? We just started #2 (but, depending in where in the world you are, you might still be able to join). Sharon I find that if I eat something “scandalous” everyday that fits into my kcal I don’t have to worry about over eating. I used to be a hard core “low carb/no carb” but realized I’d still eat too many kcal and would only last a few weeks until I would binge. I haven’t lost weight since August but dropped a pant size and haven’t had any crazy binge sessions. I eat croissants, chocolate and chips when I feel like they fit into my kcal. Perhaps your body needs varied nutrition as I seem to think you do keto. I could be be wrong. It’s difficult. Ugh. We’re our first own worse critics.

Heck don't sweat it I eat an average of 950 cals a day work out keep active and drink only water and coffee and weight hasn't budged in 6 weeks lol You'll probably bounce back around faster than me in no time.

You can’t change the past, but you can forgive yourself. You didn’t do as much damage as you think. That pie may be 4,000 calories, but your body isn’t going to store all of them. Your weight should return to normal within a couple of days.
