I have really pushed myself doing this 30 day cardio challenge. Im surprised that I am doing as much as I am. Im officially one third of the way done. I cant wait to see how much body fat I lose during this challenge. Hopefully I dont lose too much muscle in the process. Still didn't restart my weight training. I definitely need to add that back in. Im doing ok with my diet. Sticking to my calories, added a little more fruit, and consistent with taking my vitamin. Although my stomach is getting flatter, I continue to have a small apron in the front. Hopefully that will be reduced further by day 30!

Body Fat 25.6% (35.58lbs) /27.2% (37.8lbs)

Weight 139 lbs (down 1.6 pounds)
139.0 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
