Today Im feeling really good! Seeing progress from my 30 day cardio challenge. I am getting a little tired but Im adding things like steps & weights to keep it interesting. Have not really seen the scale move much but my body fat percentage is decreasing. Went down 2 bra cup sizes, from a DD to a C cup!! So thats exciting... But my boobs are not as full as they use to be so thats depressing. None the less my stomach is looking flatter and my apron smaller. Thats my ultimate goal!

Weight 138.8 lbs (down .2 pounds)
138.8 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
