I'm beginning to feel..ugh! I was so excited and its gone. Let see why!

1. I haven't ran in 3 days...granted lil mama is sick.

2. I'm starting. to get a cold.

3. I'm 2 weeks away from TOM dropping in for a visit...ugh...so here goes the water retaining!

4. I was so excited about my pants that I got on the scale...bad mistake should of waited till Sunday...and its almost 5 lbs more. I know weight changes during the day....and

5. It's suppose to rain tomorrow and Sunday and the only time I can run is in the morning....it's not that safe of a neighborhood.

It's safer to run in the morning cause there are no gangbangers out yet. I've been doing my workouts at at night but its not the same....I need weights....Ughhhhhhhh!!!

I was getting un-dressed at the MRI place for my appt and I didn't like what I saw. I need weights! Plus my stomach really made me sad. It's skin...yes wrinkled up...prune looking skin. I will never show my stomach to my husband ever. Why is it like that?

Ok I seriously have to snap out of this!

I know it might sound ridiculous & may feel a bit ridiculous while you do it, but jog in place at home. That's what I had to do w/ the rain. And I figured it took me about 100 mins to do the 6 miles at the park, so that's how long I'd jog/step/march in place at home. If any of my nephews needed something, I could keep moving & still do it. It's better than nothing & it's a good exercise. Maybe that burst of endorphines is just what you need to re-kindle that excitment. Don't give up, you can do it = )

Thanks honey...but I wish I could but I'm not allowed to make noise in this house. Told you I know how you feel. Maybe walking in place fast won't make noise?

When I was doing it I did it on carpet (even though we have hardwood floors & tiling as well). No one could hear me over the tv, plus my jogging didn't have my feet going super high off the ground, so that helped too. I honestly didn't even think I'd break a sweat moving so little, but over that long period of time, I was sweatin'! Hopefully something will workout. As for the rain, I know it's a pain in the a** but you could still get your running in. I just make sure to have a few layers on the top & sometimes I still wear sunglasses just so I'm not blinking like crazy. The rain can be nice . . . sometimes. I don't know if you have room to do this in the house, but push ups are definitely a good workout for the arms & abs. I feel ya on the weight thing, but I'm finding other things to do w/o weights that work quite well. I'm even going to start looking into other things I can do at home for strength training. Either way, I hope something will workout for you. It can't rain all the time = )

Maybe instead of running or jogging you and do a type of squating thing? I do that sometimes when i dont get to my work out til later. you would be amazed at how much you can work out your legs by just "Dippin it low" LOL I hope you feel beter hun. The way I have been trying to look at it is, We all have parts of our bodies we dont like, but you have to remember that just being insucure and downing yourself is almost always more unattactive than anything that is wrong with our bodies. People love people who are confident. Men and woman alike :] I hope that helps you with your gloomy day! Keep up the good work!!!

Have you heard of insanity by Beachbody? Its 13 DVD's for a 60 day program. You may not want to do the whole thing but if you can not get out and run, you can do some serious cardio in the house.
