KIS....good Thursday morning...keep it simple...and for me...it’s working nicely...I eat almost the same food every meal...takes the guess work out of it...don’t really get tired of it..since eating omad...when your waiting on that one meal...shoe leather looks good...lol

Changing gears on my zwift I think has also made a difference in my releasing of weight...rode another hill route yesterday..not as demanding...but worked off over 500 in calories for the ride...heck..I can ride flat courses any day my legs are to tired to try and do a hill course...gotta keep challenging the body..to keep the fire burning..after my workouts...I have my protein shake...and let the body burn until the next morning...when shoe leather looks appealing...lol

Raining here in Illinois today...guess it beats snow...my grass in places is still green from its last cut...

As always...zwift at 1230...or that’s the plan at the moment...Miles to get..hills to climb...

Welp..breakfast/my main meal is over..gonna sit in recliner under electric throw...damp with the rain..keep my body warm..until it’s time to ride once again...we’ll do have chores in between..but for most part...stay warm...think positive about my ride today...stay in the zone...
