Tough, Tough weekend...frantic schedule, plus football games and practice lead to a complete slide from watching the intake...exercise-wise, I was OK!!!...so these 3 pounds are expected...I'm entering into fall break so I'll have more time to exercise, but more time to snack...I hope the will is strong!!!!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

where is your breakfast?????? Potato chips on atkins?? Come on coach you know how to do this. You have lost sooo much weight. Don't fumble the ball now!!! Cut those carb by at least 30 to 40. Increase the protein...way too many calories for that dinky amount of food. I don't know you--but I DO know you (just like me). Do not be so close and yet so far away.
