Was sick this last week. But not giving up. Starting to feel better. I really need to get back on track with workouts though. Still afraid I'm going to overdo it and re-injure my knee.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
