Okay so I am starting fresh today. I really want to get off this last ten pounds. I started going to the gym again so now all I have to do is work to keep it up. I am also going to watch what I eat more - I haven't really been doing as good a job as I should have and I definitely haven't been recording everything, but that changed today. I know I can do this I've done it before and that I'm engaged and planning our wedding I have a deadline that I have to meet. :-)
