I just graduated from college in May 2009, and I have joined the world of work work work. I went through a pretty bad time last summer while I was looking for my job and gained almost twenty pounds. I have gotten off about 8 of those pounds and now I am trying to get off the rest and get back to what I was. Besides trying to lose the weight I am doing this to feel good about myself. I was really active in high school and on and off in college and have learned that everytime I was actively working out and eating healthy I felt so much better (about how I looked and had so much less stress). So I am doing this to get that feeling back.

Update: I just got engaged, so know I have even more of a reason to get in shape. Can't wait until November 19, 2011 when I will become Mrs. Rocio. Yeah I know it sounds like a long time away, but I want to be at my goal weight before I even start looking at wedding dresses.

Can you give me some information on properly setting a RDI? I want to make sure that I haven't set mine too low, but I dont want it to be too high either.

Breakfast?!!!
You could try cereal/protien bars. I like the Luna bars the taste good and they have a lot of different flavors you can choose from. You could also try eating some fruit, like an apple, banana or grapefruit just to get something in your stomach. Yogurt is also quick and easy (you can even make it a parfait by adding some furit and granola). Oatmeal is always good and fills me up. Well I hope that helps some. I think the main thing would be to just get yourself used to eating something in the morning and then when your used to it you can slowly try to eat a little more.
