DAY 305..THANK GOODNESS ITS FRIDAY.. been a busy week, and im really glad its friday..50 outside today..got 13709 steps in yesterday..as the days of the week go by, harder to get up to what i did the day before..think its called bein tired..lol..but another busy day again today..got several errands planned again for today..plus my workouts and weigh in is today..then saturday and sunday im gonna cut bck on the workouts and take a day off..rest my feet and body..not even in the mood today to get going, but i kno i need to..so tryin to get woke up and motivated..well got a few more things to do before my morning walk..so keep that body movin...catch you all later...

MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON !!!!
1. GET THE CALORIE INTAKE UP TO 1400-1500!!!!
2. PUSH THE WORKOUTS!!!
3. DO A MORNING WORKOUT, AND AN AFTERNOON WORKOUTS, TO KEEP THE METABOLISM WORKING ALL DAY!!!
4. WATER, WATER, WATER, GET YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE!!!!!
5. CUT OUT THE PROCESSED FOOD !!!! (TOO MORE SALT IN IT)
6. THINK POSITIVE !!! IT HELPS KEEP YOU MOTIVATED!!!
7. LOOK AT YOUR SUCCESS, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED..
8. USE FS FOOD JOURNAL, LET THE NUMBERS KEEP BETTER TRACK OF YOUR EATING HABITS!!

Addon: just got done with an afternoon walk..i have a vest with the sleeves gone, and so i put 3 pound weights in each side pocket making extra 6 pounds to carry..and just got bck from a 45 min walk..thinkin the resistance would be a different workout...

talked to owner at gym today..i just dont feel like im droppin for all the work im puttin in..we talked about my workouts, and my eating..he told me stuff i already knew, but just havnt been thinkin straight..i had been eating like 1500 calories all week and thought by droppin my caloires for one day i would show a bigger loss, but when you cut calories, your metabolim also drops..which sends your body into starvation mode..hence no loss..he suggested me changing my workouts, my body is probly use to my 45 minute walk in the mornings, i need to increase that..and increase my 30min bike ride at gym to 35-40, or faster pace on the bike..he said when im tired from a workout, thats when i need to push it even further, as then thats gonna burn the extra that much more..it all makes sense..we talked about weight lifting..and he said weights right now is just gonna be an aerobic workout an nothing more..after i loose another 100 pounds then it would be a toning exercise for me..so starting tomow after ive rested today..gonna try an increase the time on the workouts..see if that helps any...

Oh Good! Glad that you had a pep talk! :) Sometimes that's all it takes to get the body back in line again! Looking forward to seeing that new mini goal met!

You are doing great! The info your gym told you about uping the pace make sense. Our bodies do get used to the routines we do. And it is a wonderful sign of how much your body has changed! Have a great day!!

if anything, adding weights should build some muscle that hopefully will burn more fat! :)
