Didn’t eat anything for 2 days to compensate for the increased weight and worked out like a champ. This is great. Lesson learned today, don’t cry about it, do something about it 💪🏻💪🏻
196.0 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
