DAY 304..GOOOOOD MORNING FS... just wakin up to another wonderful day..43 outside this morning..i had 15537 total steps yesterday ...i kno i was wiped out when i layed down last night again..i like them kind of nites..means im gettin a great workout thru the day..was a busy day, was up and movin alot..have been tryin to keep busier..tryin to keep up and going to get more steps each day..and also its gettin nicer outside so more to do outside..seen someone mowing grass yesterday..means wont be long before il be doing the same..well evryoen have a great day and keep that body moving...i kno i will be...

MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON !!!!
1. GET THE CALORIE INTAKE UP TO 1400-1500!!!!
2. PUSH THE WORKOUTS!!!
3. DO A MORNING WORKOUT, AND AN AFTERNOON WORKOUTS, TO KEEP THE METABOLISM WORKING ALL DAY!!!
4. WATER, WATER, WATER, GET YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE!!!!!
5. CUT OUT THE PROCESSED FOOD !!!! (TOO MORE SALT IN IT)
6. THINK POSITIVE !!! IT HELPS KEEP YOU MOTIVATED!!!
7. LOOK AT YOUR SUCCESS, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED..
8. USE FS FOOD JOURNAL, LET THE NUMBERS KEEP BETTER TRACK OF YOUR EATING HABITS!!

ADDON: Went out this morning, naturally it was already rainin, but not a hard rain, just starting ...so i went ahead an walked in the rain..yeap..call me crazy, but at least i got my walk in..just my first coat was wet..nothing a trip thru the dryer wouldnt cure..lol..then went to gym and got that workout over with..now gettin ready to see if i can get the battery outta the rider..an get it charged..its still rainin slowly outside..but rider is under a roof, so gonna get my body bck up an movin again..got 12,100 steps right now tryin to push my workouts an my steps to get more in each day..
45min walk
30min treadmill
30min bike
30min afternoon walk
30min dumbbell workout
gotta get moving....have a great day..

thank you...badandee!! you kno as the weather gets nicer im findin myself pushin my workouts, and just doing more things that i use to not be able to do, because it was just to hard to bend over to do them..but now adays, havin a healther body to do the stuff..is very rewarding..how stupid i was to let meslf get in that bad a shape..
