Well, I messed up big time tonight... cheesecake and not the rinkydink kind. I made a 600 cal oops. Let's see what damage I did tomorrow. I'm more worried I will turn my carb cravings back on. Arrgh.

I am sure you will bounce back quickly. For me, it is 'multi-day' binges that are the real problem.

Thnx for the support. I have a problem with trying to add in the "convienent" carbs. I have a bread and pizza weakness, damn my Italian side.. Lol. Once I've eaten a little the cravings come back and contrary to popular beliefs,cravings can be physically as well as mentally painful. As they were this morning. I exercised through the cramps and ate alot of proteins, hopefully it works.
