Doing well on diet, but I have to tighten up a bit because I'm not losing fast enough.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad you are doing well! I know it's frustrating when the scale won't move as fast as you like, but at least you aren't gaining. Sometimes minor adjustments will make a big difference. Good luck!
