Yay am so happy with this drop... I only managed to do Power Box last night, next week I will try again for 2 sessions.

I decided to change my weigh in day to a Thursday. Hoping this will keep me in check over a weekend as I wont have many days to recover afterwards.
151.9 lb Lost so far: 64.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
