I feel so good today...I didn't run but I tried on a pair of capri pants that I wore back when I lost weight in 2007. They went on without a struggle and zipper without a struggle...they didn't button easily but that's ok there a size 5. A 5!! So I tried on another pair but jean material and they fit..they fit! Jan 2009 I weighed 216. I'm down to 143.....yay! I know I probably haven't lost weight this week because of my few days of having junk food. Not all day just one day I'll have 4 cookies. Another day I'll have icecream..still ate healthy all day just would have a treat for 4 days straight..jeez! Regardless its ok my pants....wow!
The good thing is I've been doing good. I'm not much of a eater as far as burgers and pizza, etc...never have been. I have a problem with chips, cookies, candies, and desserts. That's what got me to 216lbs. I did have a hard candy this morning. You remember the one that cost a penny at the corner store way back when. Anyways..after breakfast I suddenly became nauseous so I had one and the feeling went away.
I'm so excited about the Y...can't wait to finally workout again. Hope you are all having a blessed day! Enjoy!
