Used to only weigh myself every few days but the last few mornings I actually felt smaller, I know that sounds crazy...surprised I lost weight from yesterday because I had a few drinks, hopefully the ponds just keep coming off!!
193.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
