Grrr....my RdI is 1700 but I try to stay between 700-800, except on weekends I'll go up tp 1200...tonight I had a few drinks so that put me over 1100 and the Iron Grilled Club sandwich didn't help either...guess I'm skipping dinner tomorrow! How sad is that, that I'd rather skip dinner than having a few drinks with my friends???
