Was hoping to lose a little more this weigh-in but those drinks over the weekend certainly didn't help!! As long as I'm not gaining any weight I'm happy! Anything is better than nothing, right?!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The last two days I have been soooo hungry, keeping it in check but boy it's taking all my willpower!! I think that's because I'm getting bored with what I'm eating, going to have to switch it up I think...load up on protein...oh joy!

Try drinking more water. And you're right, protein helps a lot. Just make sure you're eating protein you like! Keep on keepin' on!
