I'm depressed enough... adding 8 lbs I lost last week doesn't help... bummer :(

Hope you can turn it around. I think the fact that you are acknowledging it is a great step. I tend to just try to hide it

Yeah...I was doing 20:4 but was feeling very tired. I changed to 16:8 in which I ate at my daily calorie as i am supposed to do. I did eat almost twice as much as i was on the 20:4... I have been eating healthier and trying to keep my protein higher and trying to keep carbs under control...What to do???

I am in "try to listen to my body phase" but I do fast most days at least sixteen hours and sometimes 20 or 23 but If I feel like I am very hungry I do not do it. When I refeed I eat very slow and make sure that I start with the fat and protein. Right now that is working for me

Think I will make sure I have fresh meat thawed for my first meal... cuz I'll tell ya I don't do that now. Im usually out and about and grab the carbs right away... I'm waiting till I get home to break my fast from now on... TY for your input!!! I will give that a go tmw...
