Behaved myself during the day but cut loose a bit during the evening with a non-conforming dinner and a few adult beverages. Thankfully it seems the water retained by my healing muscles has since been flushed so it evened out. It was nice to make the decision and not feel terrible about it. A quote that has helped since getting back into diet mode has been "you're not 'cheating,' you are choosing to eat." Back to the program this morning.
