I seemed to be stalled. I weigh in weekly on fs and round up, but last week everyday 161.8. Strange not up/down 0.1 pound one day. I'm far from being that consistent. This week I'm going to add some intermittent fasting 16:8 to shake it up. Let's see how it goes.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
