1200 Calories's Journal, 04 November 2018

Keeping the calories 1200 and below. Carbs fluctuate 70-120 g. Keeps moving in the right direction. Slow. Some days drops low but then back up so I usually wait and record higher if low doesn’t stay for 2-3 days. Yesterday I was at 152.6 but went back up today to 154. Not sure why, calories were low.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
