1200 Calories's Journal, 10 November 2018

Ugh got off track midweek with pasta and biscotti for dinner, then leftover pasta for lunch next day. Haven’t tracked my food for two days. Relief that I didn’t gain but I’m probably fooling myself as it will be up tomorrow and keep going up if I don’t get back on track.

Just getting so bored of having to constantly think about what I’m going to eat.

Sorry for the rant. Thanks for a place where I can let it out.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
