Hi Friends! I am back, I gave up a little because of being on crutches but I am super close to not using them at all. In fact part of my physical therapy is walking, at one mile per hour, and riding a stationary bike. So YAY!! I have gained some weight due to the lack of movement. So starting back slowly but surely!
