It's been a week or so since i have been on. I have been traveling for work. The class that I was taking this week was in Sacramento. They fed us breakfast, lunch and dinner. The nice things was it was healthy salads and lean meats. It was a really nice break from me cooking or eating out when I travel. The people in the class are from all over California so I am making new connections.
Still hanging out on crutches although I have been given permission to walk a little ways without them so I do until I can feel the pain/pressure kick in. I am hoping less than a month to no crutches.
