not a bad day. I didn't have anything but eggs to cook. I have one last pork butt I'm cooking overnight in the crock pot. I found a can of salmon and threw in almond flour and coconut flour and made patties. my net carb was about 20. that's the most in a while. hopefully I don't gain another pound tomorrow! next time I won't use the flour, it was too dry. ok good night!
