i had a dream I weighed 198 and then I woke up and did weigh 198! only 2 lbs up from vacation....that's nothing I'll have that gone in a week :)
198.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

Aw thanks Chris. It does kinda seem like that..i took the over thinking and emotion out of it (most of it anyway) and if I'm not losing i cut my calories more or drink more water to prevent water retention (resulting in no weight loss]. Anyways...but...please take a look at my weight history...i was 196 not too long ago ..part of this is glycogen stores from eating carbs that I'm flushing out since reverting back to low carb. Completely normal fluctuation....i gain anywhere from 6-10 lbs depending on how many carbs i had.on average i lose only 7lbs a month. Don't try to rush this process. If you go a free weeks with no loss then make sure you're tracking everything correctly.
