I'm guessing all this weight loss is from decreased muscle mass. I'm still totally inactive. Neck is getting better but the price feels really high.

I guess that's why we have phrases like "you can't have your cake and eat it too".

I shouldn't be eating cake in the first place win?
139.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

During my injury I got lighter and bigger at the same time. Hang in there and heal up.
