I just went to the Sprouts and brought me my vegetables to cook along with my chicken breast, for my low carb chicken and vegetables soup. Have a good rest of your day. Happy Saturday!

Must be something in the air, I just started a batch of chicken soup too. I roasted off some veggies under some chicken thighs last night and now a couple of the thighs are getting combined with those veggies for the soup. This time of year I always want soup.

I see that it is chicken noodle soup but I do want to see it! My hubby loves soup and I know we should make it! You can inspire us!!!

Not sure why I said noodle! No Noodles! VEGETABLES!!!!

@Kikibee5 yes all low carb vegetables (jicama, yellow squash, zucchini, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, fresh green beans,, onion, tomato paste, chicken breasts, chicken broth, and seasoning. I steamed all my vegetables, while my chicken was cooking.
