Stuck, stuck, stuck at this weight. Big Gala tonight. I'm going to stick to the proteins primarily, but oh those carbs that they're going to prepare. Oh, well.
145.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yes more protein should help and being too low on calories can get your body fighting to keep what it has. I upped my calories for a week and gave my body a jumpstart. it helped
