Goooooooood morning, fs!

Sorry i have been MIA, i was out of town and then down with a cold from hell. I was riding high and then i crashed big time. Both rm and i have been somewhat depressed, due to events both personal and political.

Today i am two days w/o Nyquil, having my first coffee in 10 days, and ready to try to pull myself up onto the wagon again.

Ironically, i feel skinny today. I haven't eaten much in the past few days and i haven't worked out for about a month, so it isn't the best, but i fit into this here tank that was too tight for public viewing last month. Ever so slowly, my "food baby bump" is being forced to recede.

I have been very inspired by so many ppl here.

glad you are doing better and you fit into another shirt size, those are plus's even though you had to suffer through feeling bad. You will get back into your exercise and your body will get into the routine quickly after the break. I am slow getting back to my routines but after I get warmed up they are going well

Gooooooood morning to you!! Glad your cold is leaving - I always get sick when the weather changes - hopefully your being sick for the winter is over! Sorry you are depressed - hope things look up for you and your rm. I am right with you on that soooooo close to overweight status - I think 2 pounds - why is it that those 2 are so slow coming off? WTG on the t-shirt fitting!!!!
