Snails pace in spite of counting calories and exercise. Still motivated. Need to get more protein in with less fat. Averaging 1100 to 1500 calories per day
165.5 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1306 kcal Fat: 76.55g | Prot: 60.09g | Carb: 99.94g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Regular Sausage, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Denny's Sliced Tomatoes (3 Slices). Lunch: Red Robin Honey Poppyseed Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich with Spread. Dinner: Baker's Drive Thru Restaurants Ground Beef Taco. Snacks/Other: Nabisco Belvita Cinnamon Brown Sugar Breakfast Biscuits. more...
