once I hit my goal of losing 50 pounds, the weight is becoming incredibly hard to lose now. this 240 - 230 range has been frustrating to say the least.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have had great progress! Congratulations. For me, I have had to constantly adjust my strategy as I got lower.
