Good weekend ahead, have a lot of traveling in my car planned. Heading to a concert tonight, to my dance class tomorrow, state fair in the evening (maybe!), lots of clean-up on Sunday with two helpers coming and people stopping by to buy some things.
Eating well - I have resisted some things but not all the bad things: chocolate got to me the other day, and have been thinking about meat! I have picked a dinner option for tonight that is fish for my night out with friends.
Keeping it moving!
