so I tried doing journal earlier didn't work I guess lol so for past month I have been really bad with my eating habits eating basically anything not caring well ive gained about 5 pounds give or take and feel really bad about myself and my choices ive made every time I get to a certain weight I give up and I end up going back to my old habits .not anymore im recommitting and will not beat myself up if I eat something I shouldn't my goal is to get down to about 160 155 I no I can do it
