Day 9 of 65
Mood: remained steady at about a 6
Food: 5
Activity level: 5 to 6

So yesterday was an alright day. I managed to get a few things done which made me feel better. Shopping went okay too and once again got some pretty good deals.
The unfortunate thing was the bickering between me and the room mate again. Throwing things back and forth that I should do this and that, and he should be doing this and that. Ended up with the same result, not resolving anything! :(

The biggest thing is that I am coming to terms about many things in my life. Brocken friendships, brocken promises, my choices to do certain things that not everyone agrees with. Letting go of the past, working on the future.

There was also something reaffirmed during this weekend to, I am more then capable of changing me and no one else.

My goals today are to start recording every morsal that goes into my mouth, something I neglected to do all weekend, partly out of shame! Not willing nor wanting to see how badly I screwed up! But small slips are part of the progress, mistakes can be corrected when you recognize them.

So Mondays although I loath them are the first day of a nwe week and time to correct those mistakes of the weekend.
Have a good as it can be Monday!!

Life isn't always bubble gum and roses - Its a hard road, and there are lots of things to learn while walking the road. Just keep your eyes open, and be willing to listen to others, and to yourself. Good luck.
