Hanging in there. Staying in ketosis. Slow weight loss. Fine with me. Anybody tried Shark Tank Keto Diet Pills?

your carbs are pretty high for weight loss you should try dropping them down to 20 total and see if that makes a difference in your weight loss and I would try to keep your protein around 50 to 60 daily. Flour type products can stall your weight loss too. Whole foods instead of processed foods help a lot. I don't believe in any of the keto products or the hype for them. the only real product is the mct oil to help add a healthy fat. You seem to do very well at keeping your fat level up
