just got home from my walk, somedays its a struggle to go for a walk, but after i start, i get motivated and think how its gonna benefit me. each day is a new day and thats how you have to look at it. sure there will be some days you gain alittle cause the food will look better, but thats just one day. you didnt get like you are in one day. so take it day by day...it will get better...stay positive and motivated...those are my tricks to droppin my weight, along with watching my calories.
