much planned for the weekend? 

Had quite a bit planned but cancelling since my son fractured 2 bones in his pinky finger so at the children's hospital. Have brought my laptop and I am gearing in for the long haul. I will be surprised if I leave this place in less than 4hrs 

Yourself much on 

Bugger, hope he's alright. There's no Cal's in icecream for injured kids👌 Im kinda boring, F45 for an hour sat morning. Then picking up a friend who needs some help and we are hitting up some weights. Then will catch up with some Baha'i friends. Sunday I'm gonna hike about 10kms, small loop with 400m hill with the girl I'm traveling with then we are shopping 👌. I do like my shopping hahahaha 

Your plan sounds good. I am still stuck in hospital, they are saying my son has 2 spiral fractures and waiting for an Orthopedist. lol talking about icecream, as I write my son is destroying an ice-cream tub they should have given that to him first and not bothered with Panadol and nurofen. 

I'm so glad somethings never change, I remember nurses giving me ice cream. Hope it's good news from here 

Ok news, they have strapped his finger and he will see a specialist on Thursday. I think it is mandatory having ice-cream in a children's hospital. Those little tubs seem to change the atmosphere pretty quick. Once upon a time I would have joined in, lol
