Yay! Today went great. I chewed a piece of gum to send away the cravings. Worked like a charm. Dinner-oh was it high in calories. Yummy though. I couldn't turn down the hash brown casserole, roll with jam, or the chocolate creme pie. It was an event after all. Luckily, my calories aren't that much higher than they should be (17XX instead of 1600), and I'm not hungry, so I probably won't need to eat again.
I'm also drinking the detox tea. We'll see how it goes :)
