Now aiming to lose 1.5kg to reach my short term goal in the next 4 weeks. Might be challenge seeing that I am going to be resuming weight training and upping my protein and carb intake. After 4 weeks I should be ready to embark on my body building program which will go through Christmas which will be an excellent bulking period for me.
188.1 lb Lost so far: 151.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
