Boy have I been slackin, and I'm paying for it! I was so busy this week that I didn't eat my snacks during the day which resulted in me going crazy at lunch and dinner. Without my yogurt and snack crackers, I just fall into my old habits and eat things I just shouldn't eat because my hunger takes over. I have definitely had my fill of salt which has made my weight sky rocket! UGH.
Today is a new day, and as much as I don't want to eat a salad, I just might as punishment lol. Salad = Stomach ache so we'll see. I have a lot going on today so hopefully sitting on my rear won't be an option unless I'm driving to all the activities lol.
