I've recently discovered hemp hearts... they're loaded with protein & have a great flavor 🙂 Very easy on the stomach too!

I recommend a vegan protein powder - you can mix it with water or almond milk. I can't stand boiled eggs unless they are mixed with mayo

I had two for breakfast with a V8. I'm getting kind of tired of them, too. I ate a can of tuna with some crackers the other day and that was a nice switch.

Mix it up, try fish, salamon, tuna, mac, sardines, kippers, or just broiled cod, or whatever your favorite fish is. Try shrimp, clams, scallops, crab, or lobster. All of this is good for you. You can try chicken or turkey breakfast sausage, bacon, brats, etc, or just plain. You can get red meat that is healthy like bison, venison, antelope, elk, etc.

I can't do whole eggs due to cholesterol. For quick protein try trail mix or lean jerky. Loudtoys mentioned fish, and that is a great idea for low fat protein. Cod is my go-to fish for dinner.
