Well... It's been another WEEKEND! Grr:-p Yeah, it's hard to watch the eats when it's the weekend! I just tried to eat less, not just cause it was around. So, I tired w/ what I had:-p Ate out twice too! Grr:-p Need to get to working out this week.. be better then next week!
I have had fun finding good food to cook. I tried eggplant chips and they were good. I am surprised that things can taste good w/ olive oil and good spices. My body is looking forward to some fiber and not such fatty foods - will be good starting tomorrow, tonight for that matter since I'm done eating for the day now:-D
I can feel loss in my tummy! It's small, but when you're in your body all the time you notice the small stuff too:-) However, my hubby said that when he reached around to hug me in bed he could tell there was less tummy in the way:-D And he's not the type to just tell me that to make me feel good, so I believe him:-)

You're doing great! Are you counting your intake of fiber grams like Dr. Oz suggests? I find this very hard to do.

No, I'm not... I'm just putting it in anywhere I can get it - fiber! I can't count anything and keep track of cals anything like that'll make me nuts, so I just do my best by eating right. I know what I need to know, it's making the decision to do it!:-)

I ate so bad this weekend! You should see what I ate yesterday for lunch and dinner! My calories were in check, and I lost this morning, but goodness. I ate junk instead of healthy food, that's no good!! I blame the weekend too! :)
