May get to see pre-vacation weight in a few days. Hope so. Had beef and duck eggs for breakfast yesterday, and ended up with my longest bicycle ride yet. Will try that again. Happy weekend wishes to you.
171.3 lb Lost so far: 112.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Draglist Thank you. Had to step on the scales twice, as the number seemed wrong the first time. The water weight phenomenon is not just a theory it appears.
