DAY 278..LAST WEIGH IN FOR THE CHALLANGE !! to cold for a morning walk..23 with a wind chill of 10..so no walk today, instead going take the day off and let my knee get to feelin better again..get my workout in tomow..not sure if i have any loss this week..even with the workouts i do..i dont feel like im burning enough calories off like i should..its been a month since i lifted weights..thinkin of going bck to the weight program 4 days a week and also walkin in the monrings, then after weight program doing cardio for half an hour or so..depending on how tired i am..gotta keep changing the workouts to keep the body guessing..hope everyone has a great weigh in...keep that body guessin..
