I have never been this tired in my entire life...I feel like I could fall asleep walking!!! I'm dying..this is awful :(.

It's that whole not eating enough keeping me awake, it's SO real!!! I never had an issue like this before.

I think I got like 4 hours sleep last night???

I even took a sleeping pill AND melatonin and sat in the hot tub before going to bed and STILL couldn't sleep. Went to bed at 9pm and woke up at 11pm WIDE awake.

I drank a protein shake after laying awake for hours...managed to get another hour of sleep but woke up at 3am and gave up trying to sleep more.

This is crazy!!! And I have class tonight :(.

I have to make sure I have big dinners or something :(

Not getting enough sleep is just terrible! Especially when ya have school! Do you often suffer with insomnia? Or are you waking up hungry?

One more thing to try... Heavy Cream, Protein Shake, Hot Water (I also add Splenda). Basically, hot heavy cream helps me sleep. I also take Melatonin in liquid form (I use 'Sleep Soundly Melatonin' because unlike other brands they do not use alcohol. This stuff WILL put you asleep if you take enough of it).

That’s awful-try eating turkey chicken salad and broccoli during the day. It’s better than starving yourself and feeling horrible.

It will get better after a while, from what I have been told it's like your body is in detox and it is fighting right now! It does take a while in my experience also to transition over to a different style of eating sometimes you have to really ease into it a bit!
