I got a little drop today, down 0.6 to 130.2.
I hope it keeps going down.
It's weird, I actually ate a little more than usual yesterday. I have been reading about zigzagging caloires, and I have been trying it, but I have been afraid to go any higher than around 1490. Yesterday I had 1630 calories, which is just slightly below what i require to maintain at 130. Hey it worked! I am going to keep with this zigzag thing, maybe it will help keep the Plateau Monster away!
Today it is rainy and BLAH. I didn't get to walk outside yeasterday. It was sunny but still pretty cold. I regret it now because it's a heck of a lot colder today! I hope everyone is having a good morning. I had a bit of a lie-in this morning,
I haven't been sleeping well at all, but I feel caught up now. I wonder if it had anything to do with eating more calories? I wake up at night hungry sometimes, or very early like yesterday. I woke up at 5:30 yesterday ravenous. I would like to keep my calories lower today, but I haven't decided by how much, I will play it by ear. I really want to see that 129 tommorow.

I just read about zigzaging calories yesterday...apparently it really works when you hit a plateau and can't seem to lose those last few lbs. You are doing so well I am jealous! I only have 40 more to go...ugh!

overly low-calorie dieting does have a proven connection with insomnia. I personally sometimes find it challenging to eat enough to be healthy and sleep through the night while still eating as little as I can to lose weight. maybe you can find a happy medium?

Wow - check out your chart - you certainly seem to be finding the right way to do it! You're SO nearly in the 120s now - it must feel great
