Day 2/115.

No change in weight - for which I'm grateful after eating pizza yesterday. I didn't manage to fast until 4pm but did 17 hours and finished at 12 noon. The 2 S. Korean boys loved all the green space and Tony took them and his metal detector around the fields and they found lots of old farm machinery junk - which they insisted on taking home. They found the horses frightening, but exciting and fed them the carrots I'd bought specially.

Beef bones on cooking today. I'm preparing for an extended fast but don't know when I'll be doing it.
190.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
